What inspired you to get into the modeling industry?

I love being in front of the camera. I enjoy everything that goes into a great shoot. Shopping for the right outfit, getting hair and makeup done, and then shooting itself.

It is amazing to me how different photographers can take the same model, same clothes and same setting and have such different products at the end. I enjoy working with a variety of photographers to get lots of different looks.

How long have you been modeling?

I think I was about 7 when I got my first opportunity to model.

As a model/aspiring model, do you think that it is important to have a large following?

A large following is nice but not necessary. Some of the most beautiful people that work in the industry do not even have social media.

I do think that social media does provide opportunities for many models/ aspiring models to get noticed especially when you do not live in an area that has many modeling options.

Who is your favorite model?

This is sort of strange but I follow this beautiful woman on Instagram. Her name is Katerina Rose, I really do not know much about her other than I really love her pictures.

She also models for Sherri Hill and working with Sherri Hill has always been a dream of mine.

Were you ever camera shy?

I can not think of a time that I have ever been camera shy.

Have you ever been published in a print or digital magazine before?

I have been published with American girl, some photography magazines and some small clothing ads.

What’s something a guy can do to get your attention?

I like guys that are smart, have a plan for the future. I have never been into the popular jock type.

I would much rather have a guy that can be goofy and not worry about what others think. Someone who will take pictures with me is always a plus.

What’s an instant deal-breaker for you?

An instant deal breaker for me is when a guy speaks badly of others. Whether it be his ex-girlfriend or our waitress if he can speak badly of them, what is he saying about me when I am not there?

Guys that love their car more than anything else. I also do not like a guy who has more money than manners and there are a lot of them out there!

What is your ideal first date?

I am pretty active and want a guy who is active too. I think a great first date would be something fun like dancing, a trampoline park, skating or something where we are not forced to stare at each other for hours with nothing to talk about. He would also have to feed me and let me pick the songs we listen to in the car.

Tell us a random fact about yourself.

I love to sing and dance, I am not good at either, but that never stops me. I am torn between hip and country music, I love them both.

What are you most proud of?

I guess I am most proud of the fact that I do not quit. I definitely do not get all the things that I try for and this industry is full of rejection.

I can not tell you how many times that I have been told that I am too short, too fat, too plain and simply just not good enough. It is not always easy but if you want it you have to work for it.

What’s your favorite healthy snack?

Do potato chips count as a healthy snack?

Did you have any mentors who greatly impacted your career or growth?

I have been blessed with a supportive family, great teachers, the best hair and make-up person in the world and wonderful coaches who have all been there for me.

Do you have any tips for aspiring models who are trying to break into the industry?

Chin up, rejection is part of the game and you will likely to be told no 100 times before you are told yes.

What do you want to be remembered as?

I hope my friends and family will remember me as being a good person who was just fun to be around.
